By using bidfor.lol, you agree to the following:
1. What you're buying
When you claim a square, you're purchasing a permanent, non-exclusive right to display content (a name, link, tagline, and/or image) in that specific square on that specific page. You are not purchasing ownership of the page, the platform, or any part of bidfor.lol itself.
2. Finality of purchase
All purchases are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers of ownership between users, regardless of reason, including subsequent content removal for a rules violation.
3. Content standards
You agree not to submit content that is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, malicious, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards, at our sole discretion, without refund. See the Content Policy for details.
4. Permanence and removal
Claimed squares are not resold or reassigned once removed for a violation — they remain permanently blank. This preserves the integrity of the historical record for every other square on the page.
5. No guarantee of traffic or results
bidfor.lol makes no representation about how much visibility, traffic, or engagement your square will receive. You are purchasing space, not a guaranteed audience.
6. Platform availability
We aim to keep every page permanently accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for temporary outages, data loss, or unavailability beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Limitation of liability
bidfor.lol is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
